We love your pets almost as much as you do! We want your pet to feel comfortable when they come and see us. We are a  “Stress Free Accredited Hospital.” Accreditation requires our team members to complete continuing education modules about the latest stress free handling techniques every year so our skills stay up to date. We use happy pheromones so that the clinic smells and feels good when your pet arrives. We schedule plenty of time for appointments, so there is no need to rush. Your pets can explore the consult room and get comfortable while you chat with our staff about your concerns. We can wait until your pet is comfortable before examining them, and if they are very fearful and unable to relax, we can offer sedation at the time, or to take home to give on a different day when you have rescheduled.

We are a veterinary team who love puzzles and will work toward solving any problems you are having with your pet. We approach the whole picture and will often talk with you at length to understand as much as possible about the history of your pet’s problem, potential environmental issues that may be involved, and what your main concerns and objectives are, before coming up with a plan.  Some puzzles are simple, but many are complicated, and may take multiple diagnostic tests, surgery, a stay in hospital and trial treatment before we have an answer.  Of course our main objective is getting your pet well and back home with you as soon as possible.
